Most men when they reach a certain age feel like this but what you have to ask yourself is are you getting married because you feel you should or because you want to. Most people nowadays enter into Marriage thinking 'Well if it doesn't work out I can get a divorce.' They no longer feel that Marriage is a commitment that should be for life.

So you have to ask yourself 'Is this the woman I want to spend the rest of my days with' If the answer is Yes then you are doing the right thing but if you are having doubts then you should think very carefully about it and panicking about becoming 40 is just plain silly as it is just a number. The day after your 40th Birthday you will feel exactly the same as you did when you were 39.
